Each member of our team brings their own expertise, passion, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Get to know the faces behind the work and discover what makes our team truly stand out.

Board.

Owen Graham

Managing Director

Owen studied Economics and Human Geography at Queen’s University Belfast, before joining the fledgling business, Keys Finance in 1992. Owen developed and launched our Premium Finance and Fee Finance products and as Managing Director is responsible for planning, preparing and implementing our corporate strategy, and engaging with key stakeholders. Outside of work Owen enjoys traveling, golfing and crossfitting.

Barbara Jordan

Finance Director

Having joined Keys Finance right at our inception in 1991, Barbara has accumulated a vast depth of experience within our business. Barbara has been and continues to be, instrumental in developing our operating and finance systems. Now as Finance Director, Barbara is primarily responsible for all our accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions. Away from the office, Barbara enjoys running and hill walking.

Craig Leathley

Sales Director

Craig joined Keys Finance in 2011, having already gained extensive experience in the insurance and specialist finance markets, within both corporate insurers and banking. Since joining us, Craig has successfully brought our finance products into new territories and as Sales Director is responsible for driving our sales growth and revenues. Always on the go, Craig enjoys spending his spare time hiking and playing squash.

Patrick Farry

Non Executive Director

An experienced NED and professional consultant across a wide variety of industry sectors, Paddy formerly served a long career as partner with an accountancy practice. Paddy brings a wealth of experience to the board with a particular focus on business advisory, and corporate risk management. Away from the board room, Paddy is a keen golfer, and enjoys spending time with friends and family in Donegal.

Bob Darling

Non Executive Director

With a background in banking, premium finance, and broking, Bob has held senior leadership roles including CEO and non-executive positions. Now serving as a Non-Executive Director, Bob brings extensive experience to support strategic growth and governance.

Away from work, he enjoys football and rarely misses a game with his son, holds a passion for theatre and live music, and volunteers with Doorstep Library to inspire children to read.

Elaine Smith

Company Secretary and Legal Counsel

Elaine graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB Hons, and subsequently completed her LPC, at the college of Law, York. Elaine gained extensive experience in practice and industry both in London and Northern Ireland. When not being run ragged by her two young children, Elaine enjoys the North Coast beaches and local coffee shops. Elaine also enjoys spending time on the family farm with her border collie Bo.

Pete Kouset

Head of Fee Finance Growth & Partnerships UK

Peter has over 30 years of experience working in the banking, residential mortgage and finance sector in the City of London. Having joined Keys in 2018, as head of Fee Finance, Peter’s role is to develop and lead our Fee Finance product with key introducers in this sector. Peter is a season ticket holder at an unfashionable football team and loves his house music.

Gail Hanna

Head of Growth & Partnerships Ireland

Gail joined Keys Finance in 2016, with over 20 years’ account executive experience in insurance during which she earned a Cert CII qualification. Moving effortlessly from Insurance to Finance, Gail successfully introduced our Fee Finance Product into the Republic of Ireland. Gail is responsible for developing our finance products in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Outside of work, Gail enjoys running and travelling.

Ian Jarvis

Growth & Partnerships Manager

Ian joined Keys in May 2026, bringing 20+ years of experience in senior leadership positions within Insurance Brokerages and MGA's as well as business development positions within Premium Finance. Ian is responsible for growing our network of partners across southern England and is committed to providing them with an exceptional service. Based in Surrey, during his spare time, Ian enjoys running, riding his motorbike, and spending time with his family which include his two children. A self-confessed petrolhead who enjoys watching Formula 1 and attending motorsport events at Goodwood.

Jane Faulkner

Growth & Partnerships Manager

Jane joined Keys in April 2024, having previously gained considerable experience in the financial services sector, particularly the Insurance Premium Finance sphere where she operated at a senior level both in account management and broker acquisition. Based in Pilling, Lancashire, Jane is responsible for growing our network of insurance introducers, throughout the North of England, and Wales. When not working Jane is kept busy at home with her mini zoo of animals!

Adam Sharp

Growth & Partnerships Manager (Marketing)

With a degree in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, Adam joined Keys in 2022 having gained experience in marketing as a Partnership Executive and Relationship Manager. Adam’s role within Keys is to plan and co-ordinate our marketing strategies, working closely with trade bodies and networks both within the Accountancy and Insurance sectors. Outside of work, Adam likes keeping active playing squash, tennis and football.

Operations.

Sharon Dougall

Head of Operations

Sharon brings over twenty years of senior management experience within the insurance broking sector, covering client servicing, insurer relations and operations. As Head of Operations, Sharon’s role is to develop and improve efficiencies within the operations function whilst offering support to the sales team and business partners. Outside of work, Sharon’s interests include spending time with family and friends, gym, shopping, and socialising … when she can!

Siobhan Houghton

Management Accountant

Siobhan graduated from Ulster University with a BSc in Geography, followed by a PGCE in Secondary Teaching from Liverpool Hope. Forsaking teaching for accountancy, Siobhan qualified with CIMA in 2024 and joined Keys in 2025 as Management Accountant responsible for internal accounting, financial management and reporting. Outside of work Siobhan enjoys spending time with her two young children and her dog. She enjoys hiking in the Mournes and travelling. Siobhan also teaches Irish Traditional Music.

Trevor Pugh

Senior Sales Support

Prior to joining Keys Finance in 2018, Trevor had over 10 years of wide-ranging administration experience within the private sector. Always keen to assist and a dedicated administrator, Trevor is currently responsible for providing on-hand support to business introducers and clients. Trevor recently moved into a new home, is a dog owner and loves to cook.

Adam Stewart

Sales Support

Adam joined Keys in June 2023, having graduated from Ulster University earlier that month after 4 years of study, including a placement year with the NI Civil Service within the Department of Education.

His role is Sales Support, where he provides day to day support to our business introducers and mutual clients. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, watching sport and spending time with friends and family.

Regan Young

Senior Credit Controller

Regan graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in Media & Communications followed by a Masters from Queen’s University Belfast. A skilled administrator, with over five years’ experience gained in the charity and private sector, Regan joined Keys in 2022 and is responsible for managing the credit control process offering support and guidance to introducers and clients. Away from work, Regan enjoys cooking and playing with her cat, Dubh!

Ryan Millar

Credit Controller

Ryan joined Keys in 2022 having previously gained wide ranging experience in a number of private sector roles, which have given him an excellent foundation for his role in Keys. Ryan started off with us as a business administrator and has now moved seamlessly into his current credit control role. When not working, Ryan enjoys exercising and keeping fit, loves watching football and spending time with his family.

Niall Grant

Business Administrator

Niall graduated from Queen’s University Belfast after 4 years of studying Business Management with one placement year working at Danske Bank,and joined Keys in 2024 as Business Administrator.

Outside of work, he plays for a local football team and enjoys playing darts and spending time with family and friends.

Aspen Mcglashan

Business Administrator

Aspen graduated with a fine arts degree from Cornish College of the Arts, in Seattle, and joined Keys in 2025. As a business administrator, Aspen’s role is to onboard new customers, to open new accounts and to manage the renewals of existing ones. Outside of work Aspen loves creating art, knitting, as well as playing tabletop and videogames with her friends.

Alicia Boland

Business Administrator

Alicia graduated with a degree in Business studies from Technological University Dublin, and subsequently joined the audit team of a large accountancy practice in Dublin. Alicia joined Keys in 2025, and is responsible for managing client journeys for our Irish clients, as well as providing support for insurance brokers and accountant introducers. Outside of work, Alicia loves travelling going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.

Ozgur Ozguven

Fractional CIO

Oz has been in IT over 20 years, laterly as Director of IT Solutions for a global accountancy network. His specialities include digital transformation, cloud migrations, enterprise architecture and IT service management. Oz’s role is to oversee and develop our technology strategies, continually progressing and improving our systems and processes. Outside of work Oz loves long walks, playing and watching football and spending time with family.

Padraig MacHenry

Technical Specialist

Padraig studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Queen’s University Belfast before completing a Master’s in Software Development. He joined Keys in 2026, bringing over five years’ experience in solutions engineering and automation. He focuses on systems integration, process automation, and data infrastructure.
Outside work, Padraig enjoys writing music and articles, plays bass in a band, and is active in Belfast’s tech start-up scene. He’s also a keen hiker, climber, and a regular (if occasionally frustrated) golfer.

Ryan Jordan

IT Manager

Ryan joined Keys in 2024 having graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an undergraduate degree in Physics followed by a masters degree in Data Analytics also from Queen’s. Ryan’s role is to manage our day-to-day IT requirements, identify and undertake process improvements, and engage in longer term IT project work. Outside of work Ryan enjoys going to the gym and golfing.

Alan Graham

Founder

Alan founded Keys Group in 1991, following a pioneering career in Irish Financial Services and retired in 2010. Whilst sadly passing away in 2019, Alan’s enthusiasm for finance, gracious approach with business partners and entrepreneurial spirit remains an enduring legacy that we at Keys will always strive to achieve.
